BALLROOM / ADULT DANCE TECHNIQUE
A basic dance workout class geared for adults interested in dance conditioning. This class is designed to increase flexibility, balance, upper/lower body and core strength, endurance, and sequencing skills. Classes can be designed around participants who are interested in ballet, jazz, or modern dance technique.
Recommended Attire
Comfortable, athletic clothing. Shoes specified by instructor. Long hair must be pulled back. Please no loose jewelry.
