REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
PRIORITY DUE DATE
Priority Due Date (PDD) is the date by which Current Students must pay tuition in order to maintain 'priority' and guarantee their class spot. After the PDD, UNPAID STUDENTS ARE REMOVED FROM THE ROSTER for the subsequent term to allow New Students to be placed in the vacancies. The PDD occurs on Saturday, three (3) weeks prior to the start of a new term.
STUDENT STATUS
New Students
Full payment is required with registration. ASSUME YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED unless notified otherwise. We will NOT contact you unless it is necessary to arrange an alternate class time. Refunds: Your money will, of course, be refunded in the event we cannot place you in your chosen class. Annual Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Current Students . . . to keep your class spot
You must pay your tuition by the Priority Due Date (PDD) to guarantee your class spot. Also, CLASS CHANGE REQUESTS should be made before the PDD to maintain priority over New Students.
Previous Students
Previous students are given priority over New Students, IF THEIR ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE HAS BEEN PAID WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. Registration and payment must be received by the PDD.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
We have FIVE terms throughout the year, and tuition is due prior to the start of each term (Priority Due Date). Before each term we post reminders on all bulletin boards, doors, front desk, and website that tuition is due soon. Summer registration offers pro-rating for the weeks you are on vacation!
Payment
Cash, check, Visa, MC, Discover may pay tuition fees. Any returned check will receive a bank fee.
Annual Family Administration Fee
This fee is due upon registration and on your anniversary date. This fee is non-refundable.
Family Discount
At Dreams Gymnastics and Dance, Only the most expensive tuition in your immediate family pays full fare. All lesser tuitions from your immediate family are discounted 10%.

JOINING, DROPPING, CHANGING CLASSES
Joining A Class Mid-term
No problem, as long as there are class openings, your tuition will be pro-rated.
Dropping / missed Classes
There are NO refunds or credits for dropping or missed classes after two weeks into the term. ONCE THE TERM HAS BEGUN, YOU ARE IN THE CLASS FOR THE ENTIRE TERM, regardless of your attendance.
Dropping A Class For Medical Reasons
A credit will be issued for the weeks remaining in the term according to the date we receive written notification from a registered medical practitioner. Retroactive request for medical credit cannot be granted, as it eliminates our opportunity to fill the vacant class spot.
Changing A Class
You may change class times (within the SAME program) at any time (assuming your desired class has openings).
ABSENCES & MAKE UPS
Your tuition pays for your child’s spot in YOUR child’s class. However, as a courtesy, Dreams’ desires to offer make-ups WHEN AND WHERE FEASIBLE per class sizes. Dreams’ reserves the right to refuse any make-up in a class that will degrade the integrity of the class, which is our first obligation. Dreams' programs make-up procedure is based on the nature of the activity (safety concerns, space, equipment, teaching ratios, etc).
*All absences MUST be made up in the same term. If a make-up is scheduled and you are unable to attend, the gym must be notified 24 hours in advance or the make-up will be forfeited. Holiday absences may be made-up in advance of the holiday if within the same term. The same applies to absences due to personal schedule conflicts known in advance.
Weather Cancellations
In the event that is becomes necessary to cancel classes due to inclement weather, check our website for closings. If weather permits, the gym will open for afternoon or evening classes.
*Make-up classes will not be held due to snow days or power outages, which are out of our control.
