AT DREAMS, we offer a wide range of classes and programs that cater to varying age levels and gymnastics abilities. Each program is designed to help develop coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence – all of which are essentials skills used in gymnastics and everyday life
Parent & Tot
This is a parent/child buddy class, giving you and your child quality time working together. Our curriculum develops fine/gross motor skills, movement and hand/eye coordination. Classes are gently structured to introduce body awareness, coordination and spatial awareness moving through activities.
Watch your child grow and learn in our pre-school program. Our classes teach body control to create purposeful movement. Other important aspects of this class include the development of listening/communication skills, self-confidence, and interaction with peers. Our curriculum includes focus on increasing coordination, balance, flexibility, strength and agility. Classes participate in a variety of activities on all the age/size appropriate equipment for the Olympic events, as well as our tumbl-trak and foam pit.
Our Kindergym program is a stepping-stone into our recreational program. This program develops a strong gymnastics foundation using skills, activities and games. We emphasize coordination, flexibility and building strength on all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, floor, tumbl-trak and foam pit). Classes provide a fun, safe and positive environment for learning.
This is a multi-level skill progressive program for boys and girls. Participants progress through the levels as they achieve carefully selected skills. Students participate on all Olympic events, (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, horizontal bar) plus trampoline, tumbl-trak and foam pit. Students learn through developmental progressions beginning with basic skills on each apparatus. Our classes are designed to develop coordination, strength, agility, confidence, and self-esteem.
The primary focus of this class will be to learn the tumbling skills needed for cheerleading. A full range of tumbling basics will be covered from handstands and cartwheels to back handsprings and back flips.
Our pre-team and team programs follow the USA Gymnastics Olympic Guidelines. Participation in these programs is by evaluation and invitation only.

OPEN GYM RULES: Rules:
1) We must have a waiver signed by both parents on file. 2) Supervisor may prohibit any activity deemed unsafe. 3) No shoes in the gym please.
4) Adults are prohibited on all apparatus. If you enter the gym it is only to supervise your child’s activities if under age 7 years. Otherwise you are not permitted to enter the gym!!!! 5) Open workout is not instructional lessons, workouts on all apparatus is at your own risk. 6) Swing on rope from floor only. Not from any apparatus. 7) Enter pit one person at a time. Enter on feet or bottom only. 8) Watch for gymnasts tumbling on floor or coming off each event. 9) No gum, jewelry, food or drink allowed in the gym area.
