We emphasize coordination, flexibility and building strength on all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, floor, tumbl-trak and foam pit). Classes provide a fun, safe and positive environment for learning.

Students learn through developmental progressions beginning with basic skills on each apparatus. Our classes are designed to develop coordination, strength, agility, confidence, and self-esteem.
